3rd Generation My Radio And Dash Clock Went Out Today??helpppp

HI BOYS AND GIRLS,IM A NEW CAMRY OWNER.JUST BOUGHT A 92 CAMRY LE,4 CYL,152K ON IT.VERY HAPPY WITH IT.IVE PUT 1500 MILES ON MY CAMRY IN A MONTH.MAINLY HIGHWAY MILES.NOW I STARTED MY CAMRY TODAY AND MY RADIO IS OFF AND MY DASH CLOCK IS OUT.I FIGURED ITS A FUSE SO ME AND A FRIEND CHANGED MY FUSE FOR MY RADIO,WHICH HAD INDEED BEEN BLOWN AND THE RADIO CAME ON FOR A SPLIT SECOND,THEN BLEW OUT THE FUSE AGAIN.IM BAFFLED,IM THINKING I HAVE A SHORT IN MY WIRES OR SOMETHING BIG IS WRONG .A DIFFRENT FRIEND OF MINE SEEN I HAD A LITTLE NEON LIGHT THAT I CAN HOOK UP TO MY WOOFER BOX, HE WANTED TO CHECK IF THE LIGHT WORKED SO HE TOOK THE WIRE ENDS OF THE LIGHT AND TOUCHED THEM TO EACH OF MY BATTERY TERMINALS AND THE LIGHT LIT UP,NICELY AND THAT WAS IT. WE CLOSED THE HOOD.THEN WHEN I WENT TO START MY CAR AN HOUR LATER,MY RADIO AND DASH CLOCK WERE OFF DID MY FRIEND THAT TESTED THE WIRE ON THE TERMINALS SHORT ANYTHING OUT??PLEASE EVERYONE IM VERY BAFFLED AND NEED SOME EXPERT ADVICE.PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.THANXX AHEAD OF TIME

HI thanx for ther reply.i dont have a sub,i just installed a new panasonic cd,mp3 player.its 50 watts a channel x4.had it put it with shrink tubing,didnt take long at all.and i just installed 3 way lightning audio 6x9 speakers.the same time we installed the radio.so its somewhat custon but not overloaded.please help..thanxx

try using a higher amp fuse not too high, just a little bit higher i think i had the same problem and thats how i fixed it. I dont remember :\

thanx very much ladies and gentleman,sorry for the caps.i changed the fuse it was a 20 amp,and it blew it out,so i went and got some 25 amps and it went in and stayed on .so i guess i needed a higher amp fuse,ill letr yous know if anything changes,thanx again i really appreciate it everyone.
