2nd Generation Rad leak, dumb question

As some of you have read my thread about my engine coolant leak that is at the entry point to the engine, it is just to the left of the oil filter.

I know it a one of my pumps, is there any lubricant that i could use to for know to stop the leak. Its the summer and im working on the weekend and doent have time right now to pull her apart to replace the pump.

I need her to stay together at least to the end of the month that when I get my taco05 and then i will have a second car so i can work on the camrys engine

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions, she seems to be losin about 1 liter of collint every 2-3 days

Prestone does make a stop leak but I wouldn't recommend using it. I have seen it put in someone elses car and all it did was clog up the whole cooling system and the car overheated.
