It normally costs around USD 99 here in US at Toyota dealers. I would guess
it will be similar in Canada.

I don't know if there is a filter for that. I did mine a few years ago and I don't
remember changing any filter.

I am not sure what you mean by "bad fluid". If it only refers to generic brand,
I think it should be fine. I did mine with the fluid not from Toyota and it is fine.

A camry normaly iddles at 1200-1500 rpms when its cold. then it should o back to 750-800 rpm.
Changing the trans. fluid is about CD$50 at the dealer. But, that is not a total flush.

a full flush in US is about $99.
you can get a MINOR flush (drain&fill), which means that they recycle the trans fluid for about 69$.

what do u mean by a bad flush?

if ur having some problems with gear 1/2, looks like u might have some mechanical problem.
also, check if you have any transmission oil in the transmission

I would be looking for a vacum leak! Both problems can be caused by a vacum leak.

check all your hoses for cracks

if you don't find any, then it's time to get a vacuum gauge and testing each hose
