Radiator/Oil Cap

Do radiator caps or oil caps give any power?

^^how would a radiator cap lower the temp, when the water temp is determined by the block temp?

hmmmmm.

deuce, that theory's sound, but not neccessarily safe.
the idea is that it'll raise the system pressure and the higher the pressure the higher the boiling point. the idea is to keep it from boiling so it's more efficient at keeping temps down.

I don't think it's worth-while because my coolant has never boiled on me, but that's the thought. it still won't really make any power.
