Great.

A FedEx truck hit me. The driver says he didn't hit my car, but a campus officer says he saw the truck when it hit me.

That sucks, at least you got a witness and it's a company truck. Get on the phone

Yeah, at least the witness was a campus security guard. But the FedEx manager got there and started making up all these excuses saying that if the truck would've hit my car it would've shredded the whole fender and bumper and what not. And even said that he thinks that the car had already been hit and I was just looking for someone to blame.

take it to court, have the car found and the paint on the side of your car tested to see if it matches what's on the side of the truck.

you could get an assload of $$ from FedEx, especially if they're lying.

I think some polishing compound would take that out though.

It's not only paint, the fender is bent.

The bend is right above the bumper on the fender. I had the same bend when I got hit by a ford ranger.

problem solvers aka the police will probably make assumptions upon your age, color and whatever else to come up with a way to just blame you and you live in peru so that doesnt help the stituation....sometimes your better off taking actions into your own hands maybe go on a rampage ...from the pics the damage isnt that bad considering all you need is a spray over and getting the fender banged out because your side lamps survived and bumper lens....not too bad considering it got hit by a truck

Cops can not determine fault in a private parking lot. You still need to talk to the cops and get a written statement from the security guard. Call the cops and your insurance agent, you have a very good eye witness, only thing better would be a real cop.

if your insurance agent believes you, they will pursue action against fedex to get their money back.

And its bull shit for the guy to say that you already had the damage and you were looking for someone to blame, that is CLEARLY a fresh marking, and its white..like a fedex truck.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
