Smoother idle and quicker response from NGK wireset!

Just installed a new set of sparkplug wires from NGK...the only hard process was figuring out how the clips work on the distributor....but figured that out after breaking one cap lol...good thing it wasn't the clip!....anyways another problem i've ran into is my first sparkplug wire.....when i removed the old wire...the damn rubber collar at the end of of the sparkwire tube was stuck in the tube on the engine.....had to fish it out lol....After all is installed....i've started the car....noticed that it was a bit more quiet, more smooth and the car wasnt as shaky.... took it to the hwy went up to 80....felt a bit more response on the throttle....great mod for $50! highly recommended NGK sparkplug wiresets!

Did you get the NGK regular wireset or the NGK Power Cables set?

I just received my wire set today but it cost me $36, so I'm not sure if we have the same thing. I have the regular wireset, I don't remember how much the Power Cables set cost, but it was a lot more than what I bought. I will be putting them in along with my new spark plugs (Denso Twin Ground Double Platinum OEM type) this weekend.

I have 2000 Camry 2.2L.

How big are your wires??Mines are 8mm but somehow its small like stock.. ..Are they suppose to be that small??Cuz i thought aftermarket parts should be bigger than oem..But i got mines for $65 with shipping..Damn shit cost alot..and got the Denso Iridium Plugs..Cost me $60 for a whole set..But its worth the money alrite..get better acc. and speed picks up faster when going at 75mph..

I bought them from Monarch Products. http://www.sparkplugs.com or 1-888-800-9629

The wires I have are 5mm diameter. I never saw them advertised as 8mm anywhere. I have NGK TE58 wireset.

BTW, the NGK Racing Power Cables are $108 before shipping, so I'm guessing you don't have those unless you got a really good deal.
