Whistle from the motor..

Anyone experience a whistle from there motor??Kind of like a Turbo sound..I wonder what it is..If i put an intake on..it sounds louder but if i run on a stock intake..You can hear it smoother..so anyone knows where this whistle is coming from??Got people thinking i have turbo under the hood..

I had that in my old Corolla after I changed my timing belt... except mine sounded like a had a blow-off valve, only not a loud one... haha.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

I don't think that its a vacuum leak... I didn't even touch the vac hoses, and neither did my mechanic, before it started. It started right after I changed my timing belt. I think it may have something to do with that. But in any case, I don't think its anything to worry about... it sounds cool as hell. Haha.

sounds like the timing belt is a little too tight, I like to run mine tight and they all sound like a semi turbo

I have the same sound, I hear it most after letting off the gas going around 70. Its kinda like zweeeee sound... Ive always had it even through a t-belt change, though I guess it might be caused by that. Still not sure on exactly what the cause is.
