It will help the engine in the long run, because better wires means better spark, better spark means more complete fuel ignition, and that means less unburnt/burning fuel going across the exhaust valves and clogging the ports. Also means less buildup on the plugs and cylinders, which helps prevent dead cylinders and detonation/knocking. All in all, better wires are a good thing. Nology are a bit expensive for me, I'd personally rather go with NGK, Bosch are alright but are about the same as stock. Use the stock plugs for the car, that seems to be the best option there. They work fine and deliver plenty of spark for the engine.
