Gen5 Is +50 offset correct?

Looking to buy larger/wider rims for my '05 SE and found this:

http://www.toyotanation.com/faq/all_...og=1&lang=en#7

saying the offset for gen 5 Camry is +50 at the bottom of the page. Is this correct? Just want to make sure before ordering to make sure everything will clear.

I got some new 2005 Toyota Camry 17" SE wheels, they're the kinda like graphite color...I've been searching for the correct wheel measurements but have no clue whats best to get? Some friends recommended Kumoh tires which are cheap with these measurements...

215/50/17

or

215/45/17

I drive alot on the highway...14K Mile got the Camry in Nov. 04 too =(
Since you work at the wheel shop what would be your suggestion this?

Gen5 Stock offset?

Have ordered TRD springs so looking at a 1.2" drop front and rear. Still looking for wheels but looking to get 18x7.5 or 18x8 with some 225x45 tires which wll give me about .34" less wheel diameter from the stock 215/55x17's. Just verifying the stock offset as a starting point for figuring how much less I can go on the offset without risking the tires rubbing the outer fenderwell.

Optional sizes with stock rims are

215/50x17
225/50x17

You can go lower profile 45's if you wish but will affect ride quality and increase speedometer error to about 5mph indicating 65mph while actual speed is 60mph. Use this link to figure approximate speed error.
