which do you think is better?

hey, i got this problem. in the near future i will be installing a bodykit to my 99 camry. since i'm doing that, i was going to upgrade my suspension too. now i kno new struts are a must but i am have a problem with deciding if i should go with just lowering springs or go with a coil-over kit. my friends say just the springs but i live where it is very bumpy and entrance ways around here are pretty steep. plus, i'm a college student so i'm basically almost broke until i get my next paycheck. i see a pretty cheap set of coil-overs on ebay and i see a bunch of threads selling srpings for cheap. but which one should i go with and with that chosen type, which brand do i go with. thanks guys. oh and can someone recommend a good strut brand? all i kno right now is tokico. thanks

if you live in an area which is rather bumpy and steep, i would suggest against lowering your car

like ive got a bodykit on my car, and ive grounded it a few times already , and my car isnt even lowered one bit from stock
