4th Generation My coilover and questions. (D2 owner please look)

Well, good news. My Ksport coilover is arrived yesterday. Here's the pic.

I was tried to install it today but run into 2 problems which I think I can get the answer from the D2 coilover member.
Well, 1st question is what's the size of these bolts

Second, my coilover didn't come with the brake line hanger, I think D2 didn't come with it too. How do you guy hang the brake line??? And my coilover didn't come with the damper control knob. Well, it has the knob with the long metal thing, but didn't come with the other one like D2 has. And what did you guy do to the piece of black metal????

Please help me.

I think the bolts and nuts are 22mm. Not 100% sure. Haven't taken them apart in a while.

Nice coilovers by the way. I was trying to get those, but I could never get a hold of Ksport.

tried 21, so pretty sure not 21mm, I will buy 22-24 socket from craftsman, and I will see how it work out. I'm thinking about custom the bracket and weld it to the strut, but I'm scare it gonna ruin the warranty and the oil inside the strut.

I got this from ebay. He's selling $950 and $20 shipping, but you can offer him $900, he will sell it. Nice guy though, answer my emails and right on time. Expect the shipping time will be 2-3 weeks. Item is shipped from Ksport not from him.

$900 isn't bad. i heard some good things about ksport, but I could never get a hold of the dealers. Oh well. Good luck.

Looks like the hole at the bottom of the black piece for the brake line wil fit the nut and bolt for the coilover to the hub assembly. I can't tell for sure because of the picture, but it looks like it might fit.

The sway bar?

Front and rear sway bars
14mm wrench
5mm allen wrench

You put the allen wrench inside the hole at the end of the sway bar as you turn the nut with the wrench.

the black bits of metal that look like wrenches are supposed to be for the brake lines.

The allen nut is dead, and there's no way I can use the allen wrench. Is there any other way???

Agree, I used zip ties as well, works really well.
Also, it’s a good idea to have two wrenches for those big bolts so you can hold one end while you tighten the other or it'll spin on you.
BTW, it was 21 or 22mm on my 98 ES.
You also might need an extra jack to lift the sway bar to get it to fit or take off.

Use a rubber hammer and bang the sh!t out of the wrench! Or if you have a air compressor its cake.
