it seems that my paintjob isnt going to be for awhile, due to a check engine light problem...4 codes shows up- which is the knock sensors, and the IAT and air flow meter...
for the air flow meter, when i disconnected the harness that goes in the air flow meter, it was okay...and so i take out the two screws, very slowly, 2 of the wires were not connected and the other two were burnt-off...and so i ended up ordering a new one for a 3vzfe straight from JAPAN that cost me 372$ why? because it is not remanufactured...so the IAT and air flow meter is outta the way
and now for the knock sensors, i am looking around right now at junkyards, but i have not yet found a 92-93 camry in the junkyard at all which really sucks...so by the end of this week or so, if i dont find one...i will end up ordering one from a local auto shop over here for 122$each...which is gonna be around 250$...
so this sucks for me, i really want my car painted already...but i have started on body work on it though, sanded down the whole car already, and my plan is to bondo/fiberglass/mold the back bumper and sideskirts, the front bumper i will leave alone...and so i will keep you all updated...
Dude I could have shown you step by step to fix the PCB! Come on, you knew I ripped mine in half LoL!
Still wanna trade that oil filter relocator for the used spare knock sensor I have?
