ngk is the way to go. it really doesnt matter what ngk you get as far as platinum, iridium, etc... depends on ur wallet i guess.
as far as bosch's go i really dont have a really negative opinion of them but ngk's are what people have the best success with so thats what i use.(i also think ngk is what toyota uses)<--- someone slap me if im wrong
edit: im not exactly sure whats in my 1mz(i bought the car used only 15k miles ago) but when i do replace them i think i will go with some form of ngk. im definetly not looking forward to doing it though, those back 3 plugs look like a bitch. i havent decided if im gonna pull the intake(probably needs to be cleaned anyways) or use the variety of sockets and extensions to snake them in. maybe u can let us know what u decide to do.
In the beginning there was Toyota. On the second (or third day, sometime after all the good automotive engineers on earth moved to japan) Toyota created their own parts division, Toyota-Denso. Then Toyota let the majority of Denso stock slip away. Now we have Denso (mainly owned by Toyota)
OEM Toyota = Denso (Tho I do have some OEM NGK parts on this ES 300... I don't remember what they are tho)
