I think I got a High Flow Cat. Converter by mistake.

I got my Cat. Converter in the mail yesterday but with no gaskets or hardware.

I picked up two of the gaskets to go on end near the manifold but the side for for the exhaust is bigger than normal... Toyota Dealership did'nt have a gasket big enough for it.. nor Autozone, Advanced Auto, etc... One of them said i should try meineke since they do custom exhuast work.

Does it look like I have a high flow Cat.? Is this an excuse to get a new "performance" exhaust system/muffler?

You'll have to excuse the bottlecap.... I could'nt find a tape measure at the moment and was in a rush, So i used the cap for size comparison

Looks like you got wrong size cat.
Your exhaust is around 2" and you got a 3" cat.

Took it to meineke.. the guy acted ignorant when I asked him about this
Then went to the muffler shop near me and they said There's no way they could do that.. So I guess i have to return it (Pain in the ass since It came from a shop in NY) and have one of the shops here replace it

if htey CANT do this they shouldnt be an exhaust shop!

i mean, they get to keep FOUR flanges, thats plenty for them! that theyll end up resuing and re selling!

Everyones lookin at me like I went to walmart and picked up the wrong part and shit. I try to ask them if they can adapt it, and they're like no but we can order the right part for ya.
