3rd Generation Sprints Springs (WHICH IS WHICH)

alright i got my springs for my 96 4 cyl and the instructions in which they inclose dont tell you which springs are for the front and which are for the rear, if you have put them on your car and know which is which please let me know, much love

as far as my intrax springs go, the shorter ones are for the back, and the longer ones are for the front..

Or you could go by diameter/cross section width. I know my teins had a larger dia/cross section width in the front than in the rears. I pulled one and replaced it with the one it looked like--they look VERY different once pulled and you will know which is which--just dig in and do it.

Shouldnt It have It stamped right on the srping? My B+G Springs on my corolla had front or rear stamped onto the appropriate spring.

ummm....well....simply put....a more precise way to look at the springs is that the smaller springs go on the back.......

it's pretty obvious which is which, you can't go wrong
