Gen5 Wheel & tire size?

I know this topic was up before, but I couldn't find it....sorry for the re-post...

I have a 2003 Camry SE 4cyl. In the coming month I will be lowering the car and changing the wheels and tires. Could any one give me some first hand acount on H&R springs and if there are any ureathane bushing availble for this car? My stock struts are still good, but should I change to performance struts anyways so the new springs wont get beat-up?

Next question, 17's or 18's for wheels......I want good performance tire with enough load rating for this big heavy car, that is why I am opting for 17's or 18's.....What should I be looking for? 215,225/40-50/17-18? and what offset is need on new rims if car is lowered?

Thank you everyone!

Some choices for shocks and springs are listed in the FAQ and have a brief description.
Definately replace your shocks when lowering the car, please search for this as people have done this.
18x7.5 with 235/40 should be good for load rating, but see your tyre dealer they will have charts

for my SE and the 16's that it came with......215/60/16

i would get 235/50/17 for 17's

225/45/18 for 18's
