Timing mark for 45 degrees BTDC

Hello everyone , My question is about timing a 95 2.2 camry .I changed the water pump and timing belt on my car and now I am unsure of the timing mark . The book calls for 45 degrees btdc but I am unsure where that would be . Is there a mark on the cover that I am not seeing ? Book says TDC then 1 and 7/8 turn on the crank . Is there a clear picture of this anywhere online ? Thanks in advance . Hutch

1. Notch on crank pulley lined up to the "0" mark on lower timing belt cover.

2. Hole in camgear lined up to the mark on the bearing cap.

I hate to sound dumb , But I am using your instructions and I have the green spring . So where is the 45 degree BTDC mark. Is it just a arbitrary point on the lower cover or is there an actual line somewhere . On my cover there is the 0 to 15 marks and thats it . Thanks Hutch
