3rd Generation the Toyota dealer sad that there is no filter in the auto.trans!
Have a question: Is there in the automatic trans.box a filter or not? :-/ its a Camry 1993 (3VZ-FE) - type of the auto.trans: A540E

mine has a filter but it's a 1mz 94? i thought all trannies had filters? automatics anyway

all automatics have a filter. The oil must be filterd, but why did my Toyota dealer say that there is no filter? :-/ ... The 3VZ-FE has alsow a filter, maybe it should not be replaced? HELP... because I don't no if I should change only the oil or should I change alsow the filter... (and what hapens if I will only chnge the oil, whitout the filter...?)

my tranny oil smelt burnt even after a flush when i didn't change the filter. go to a part store and ask for a tranny filter kit.

the problem is... I can't find enywere this filter... You now... in Poland is a Camry a very rarely car. How much cost a this filter in the USA?
