1. break pedal all the way down...push the gass up to 2000 rpms..then let go of the break quickly and at the same time flooring it...
2. ((WARNING: this will kill you transmittion after doing it ALOT)) put your car in reverse let it go backwards by its self...then when you feel comfortable drop it into DRIVE and gun it when your in between the process at NEUTRAL
THOSE ARE THE TWO WAYS TO GUARANTEE A BURNOUT FOR FWD. I DON'T REALLY KNOW IF IT WILL WORK ON RWD BUT YOU CAN TRY.
The emergency brake should lock up the rear wheels only, but you'll need some kind of water/oil/lube to break traction unless you have REALLY thin tires. Camrys aren't really made for burnouts.
Oh, and I've done the reverse trick, just back up a bit, give it a lot of gas and shift. It's hell on the transmission though.
Go in reverse 10 mph. When you hit 5-7mph hit the gas and immediately throw it into a drive gear. You'll leave two black marks going backwards, and one going forewards (two by two for the v6 hahaha)
Like I've said before, one of my 15 yo cuz's friends use to do that on a '95 camry constantly. It still runs fine. He does all the car maintinance tho. So I'm sure he drain / refills the fluid at least once a year.
I just hit the gas! No dumping, or e-brake required. :P

I've burn out my car, but I was getting out of my church, so the car kind of jumps up when you get to the street. You just need a right spot to burn the car out.
for FWD: A lot of people use their E-Brakes DOn't know how that works but yeah. Just find a smooth surface on the road and gas it!
RWD: Brake and gas. Or you can just press on the gas all the way. It'll do the rest for you, but that'll be peeling out instead.

the only way i do burnouts is with the car in drive. im personally not a huge fan of burnouts but if you do it leave it in gear. its really not a good idea to force your car to be doing burnouts by doing neutral drops or by any other method. find urself some wet road or pour some bleach on the ground under your tires. thats the best way to go. your car will love you for not doing anything stupid.
you can also find a driveway that slopes down and meets a flat road, go down the driveway at an angle and stop when your front left tire is on the road, but your front right is still on the driveway, That way there will be less weight on the tire that actually spins, making it easier to burnt out.
