3rd Generation odd idle and problem with the pistons

hey.
here in LA, the weather is hot. i was washing the car today and after i wanted to start it up but it had a bit of difficulty. i've noticed this before in the other cars when trying to start them on a hot day when they haven't been used for a day or so. the car smoked from the exaust for a moment after it started but it idled at about 500 rpm. i turned it off and started back up and then it idled at about 800 rpm without any smoke. however, the car was vibrating a bit. i opened up the hood and noticed something odd in the engine. on a gen 3.5 5S-FE, on top of the engine are 4 cabled that i am assuming to be spark-plug cables that go into the cylinders. the #2 and #3 cylinder cables were shaking. i put my finger on them and felt the piston hitting hard. it was noticable in the 1st or last cylinder. only in 2 and 3 i could actually feel the piston hitting hard. i went to the other toyotas we own. we have a 3S-FE and a 7A-FE. turning them on, the 3S-FE smoked as usual ( need to clean injectors) and the 7A-FE went fine. opening the hood and trying the cables over the cylinders, i did not feel the pistons hitting at all. so i went back to the camry and tried it out again and the 2nd and 3rd piston were hitting pretty hard. any suggestions?
sorry for this long thred but i am beggining to be a bit worried from it. i had this car for almost 2 months and the vibrations at idle were always there but today i also noticed the pistons....so yea.
All if any suggestions are highly appreciated. thanks!

well, first thing you should do is take out the plugs and see if they are all bashed apart. im guessing they wont be... so its most likely a misfire condition caused by any number of emmisions devices or the ignition system. start your search there

Check to see if the spark plugs in those 2 cylinders are loose in the cylinder head. If they are, torque them to spec using a torque wrench.
