Does the trd exhaust make a noticeable difference?

I've got a 2000 solara and I'd like to know if it's worth spending the 300 plus,thanks.

You may feel a slight difference but you'll probably notice the sound more than anything.

My opinion would be to pay the extra $100 and by a complete Cat-back system. I know you can find A'pexi World Sport for about $400. You'll have a nice sound, good looking muffler and more noticable preformance. I have a 2000 solara and plan on adding it after this Chicago winter.

The TRD exhaust is a Borla exhaust. So if you like Borla then get the TRD one. Borla makes great exhaust systems.

Well, i have a gen3 camry. My bro got me a ractive muffler, i noticed a big difference, my car was a loooot faster. I suggest buying a preformance muffler for 100-150 $$$ instead of buying the TRD for 1 million $$$.

You may SOUND faster, but any muffler, much less a Ractive muffler, only gives 2-3HP at the wheels on a good day.

Let me put it in no uncertain terms. Two HPs (an optimistic "guesstimate") does NOTHING for a 3,000lb car such as the Camry.

Perhaps your butt dyno is calibrated to pick up those miniscule power gains.
