3rd Generation Quick jump at stop lights
Wuz up yall. Looking for help. The other day I was on my way to work. when I got off the highway and stopped at the light my cam's rpm quickly dropped and went back to normal causing a little jump. the next day I got the tranny rebuilt but it is still doing this after the car is warmed up and I have driven it for a while. No check engine light or nothing. Has someone else been through this that might be able to head me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention it is a 92 Camry with a 95 4 cyl.

yeah his camry also seems idle rough but it accelerates smoothly and shifts great. i can't find anything on what might be wrong.
