okay guyz...almost done ... just need to know if im missing anything or any need to knows before i do this...everything is installed except for the turbo parts which i just got yesterday!!
- rebuilt engine with forged internals
- transmission swap to a V6 tranny gen 3
- new radiator
-upgraded ignition system
Turbo Parts:
CT-26 Turbo came with manifold,wastegate,oil lines
2.5" front mount intercooler
electronic boost controller
blow off valve
custom 3" exhaust system all the way down
fuel injectors
oil pan
turbo timer
i hope to soon be hearing vvrRRoOOOOOMMMmmmm PUHHHttttsssssssss hehehe
am i missing anything from the list..if anything pleaseee notify before i go into the shop..thank you!!!
You need an upgraded fuel injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, and a higher flow fuel pump.

Yeah, I'm kinda, deep down inside, want tosee what happens if he does the turbo with his current list and the problems he will encounter so it will be a good leaning situation for everyone else...

Gotta have the fuel pump. What size injectors you got? How much power you trying to make?
Definately get your hands on something to piggyback the ECU... S-afc, or an SMT. if you've got a laptop I'd use an SMT so you can advance/retard the ingnition if needed.
Take care of the pump and piggybakc the ECU's mass air sensor, and run an injector that will cover the fuel spread, and you shouldn't ahve any problems. IMHO if you don't do anything stupid like mis-tuning the engine, then trying for way more power than he know you can support, ya won't have any problems at all.

Bursting his bubble? We're sending him the right direction. How much would it suck to have your car in the shop because the mechnic will say "Where's this? or WHere's that?" or "You're supposed to have this.."
It's better that we tell him know before he runs over to his shop in haste and realize that he's missing a good 35% of small BUT important stuff.
