Side Mirrors not working

Hello,
I am new to this forum and posting my first message. I bought a used 1998 Camry LE (L4, 2.2L) yesterday from a used car dealer. It needs some minor work and thought instead of taking it to a repair shop I would try it myself.
The side mirrors (both the driver and passenger side) don't respond to the mirror controls. The mirrors look like they are in great shape and so does the mirror control. So, I am thinking, it may be a fuse problem or some other loose connection. But I don't know where to start looking. Any kind of help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Check the fuses that's most likely causing the problem.

This car didn't have the owner's manual. Any idea where I could get the fuse diagram for it? Inspecting all the fuses one by one would be the last resort and I don't want to get to that.
Thanks.

Actually, I checked the fuses that are next to the battery under the hood. The fuse diagram was on the cover itself. I couldn't find the one that controls the side mirror control though. I found more fuses on the left bottom side of the steering wheel but unfortunately, its cover is not there so not sure which fuse is which. If the side mirror controls is one of them, I could try all of them one by one. Please help.
Thanks.

could actually be the switch itself.....check the mirrors themselves....ie removing them and testing the motor with a small 12 v power supply
