3rd Generation Car WILL start now :) (added sum pics)

Recently had my engine (3vz-fe)rebuilt PP'd Etc etc etc...i finally get most of the exhaust in place today and go to start it for the first time since November(!). Given the gas is that old but still i should work. I hear the starter squeeling away but nothing will start i tried movin around the distributor a bit nothing worked. I smell strong fumes from the gas engine bay, i see no leaks anywhere. I tested if the sparks are sparking, they are....i check and listen for the feul pump to do its thing and hear it...wuts goin on...the only thing that really comes to mind is completely way off timing. ther is one hose i still dont have a home for but i figured it would make much of a diff as i was merely testing to see if it would start at all then if it did turn if off a sec l8r...heres a pic of wuts not connected besides a couple sensor connectors.

any ideas wut else to check? sumthing im being really really ignorant about and forgetting?

hose looks like the pcv that shouldnt do anything ...... not sure on the 3vz ..... but those sensors might be whats keeping you from starting the engine

i checked the feul pump...i can hear it when i turn the key right before ignition, if it didnt work i shouldnt beable to hear it i would assume, plus w/all the smell of the gas i cant see it NOT working , i wish it was the pump tho cuz that would be easy to target and fix

*how can i check compression, cant say ive ever had to b4?

Point your your distributor rotor to number one cylinder on the cap and check to see that the timing belt arrows line up on the pulley pointer for TDC .........Could be that the belt is way off???

ANY 3vz-fe owners go look at ur car for just a sec and tell me if thers supposed to be sumthing here...if anything cuz if not umm?

That hole right in the center ther, just below the freeze plug

The hole in the center ther, just to the left of the filter

ON a good note...look how clean that oil is resting in my mount ther

My guess is thers supposed to be a sensor or sumthin in the hole in the second pic

I don't know bud, but I almost would guess the oil pressure sending unit should be screwed in there. Is that a wire hanging down in the picture?
