Weird Code from Check Engine light.... (Searched...)

i seem to be having a problem with my 1999 Camry LE 4 Cyl... It has about 102,000 miles on it and the check endgine light came on a couple days ago... now i had my buddy check ti for me with his code reader.. the code it spit out was P1133.... not too sure what that one is, i know P136 is the O2 sensor.... anyone have any idea what that code is, i really dont wanna go to a toyota dealer cause my car is way out of warranty and i know they will charge me to tell me what it is... can anyone help me out???
