motor swap question

well i now have access to an entire 92 xle that was wrecked i cried when i saw it but was a little happier when my aunt gave me the car for $100, its almost equipped in every way possible like my 96 cept for the paint color but any who, i wanna know how easy it will be to swap the motors in the 2 cars? i want the V6 in my car and since i have the entire car would it be that hard? like i know that theres a diffrent wire harness and tranny and other things but would the motor be a straight bolt in or will there be things that have to be fabbed like mounts for the motor and tranny or any other crazy weird things. i know that theres not going to be any ac on the motor and to change the timing belt and plugs and stuff while the motor is out of the donor car but any other tips or advice i can get and if its doable or not with the right amount of time and motivation?

not that much money i have prety much every thing the other car was my aunts and i did all the work that was ever done on it just 3 months ago i did all the rotors and flushed and filled the tranny, and radiator, changed the oil and filter, air filter new tires, battery, regrounded engine, cv axles, all the brake pads, the motor has about 80k on it so yeah its gonna be a fun project to get that in my car that has like doubble the miles on it. and then i can reap the benefits of having v6 power in my car rather than my current high mileage i4.
