corner light question

Hi
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make the corner lights flick qucker like a strobe light. My friend has it in his honda accord..but when i asked him how he did it...al he said was he bought some kind of chip and plugged it in and it made it strobe quicker.?

Does anyone know what makes it strobe in a toyota camry? My car year is 1999 toyota camry le...4 banger?

you can put a different relay in place of the stock one to do this.....pull the old one and take it to a stereo shop...they'll most likely have one or will order one for you
