For the last few months I have been plotting my custom turbo kit upgrade and then I remembered that they were suppsed to be coming out with a kit for the 5sfe which is way more reasonable than a custom setup or rippmods. If anyone has any idea on the progress of this highly anticipated kit please say something. If it is buyers you need to market it put me down for fall 05. I know myself and many other gen3/4 owners are interested in a little turbo action

. I know things like this take time but even an update would be nice.

It's supposedly 95% done or something.

Though it's taking so long, I have no doubt the quality of the product will be very good and it will be worth waiting for. Many events have held up the release of the kit which is one of the reasons it has been so long.

You're waiting on a kit to turbo a 5s-fe?
Build it yourself. Building one for a 5s-fe is not much more difficult than bolting one up. It jsut required more planning.

Find, or pay someone to weld the downpipe to your exhaust... All of the needed parts you can find at a home imporvement store, junkyard/ebay, & auto parts store.

i suggest you get in the long line of ppl waiting for SGP.................

no offence to the ppl of it/behind it, but it's been a long time, I don't doubt that many ppl have lost faith, including me. I'd love to be proved wrong though

I would like to see SOME pics of the pre production and stuff...

Too many people in the camry community have been fucked with promises that have fallen through with raised expectations. Let's see some progress!

I know SGP can pull things off... but lets see some results, guys!

We have about 50 people want the turbo, but I think there're only about 5 can afford. I want a turbo or a supercharger. I can afford to get the turbo, but I don't even have enough money to rebuild. Hopefully, they can come out around x-mas or new year time, so I can have a little extra money for something.

I believe I read that Ben (I think that was his name) doesn't spend all his time working on this. He spends his free time doing this. He owns his own shop and that is his 1st priority. His 2nd priority is to get the kit out.
