Sway bar/ exhaust

I've been looking for a sway bar for my 1987 Camry, but havent had any luck so far. However, I do understand that the camry shares many engine parts (actually a whole engine) with the celica and other cars from this year. Is the same true with suspension components, and would i be able to find a sway bar for any of these cars that would also work on my camry?

Also, I'm looking to replace my exhaust system, but I dont want to have to deal with welding new hangers and finding and cutting exhaust piping, so do you have any information on aftermarket exhaust systems designed for the camry? Not very interested in anything overly ricy though.

you can get a sway bar from whiteline from ctmotorsport i don't know about exhuast if you don't want to do nothing. there's no system for our car
