Most shift knobs are screw ons and they come with adapters. But since it's TRD, it should screw right on.
MY civic has the Sparco shift knob on it and it came with little adapter plugs that you can put on the shaft of the shifter and then you were able to screw the knob on to it.

I would like to have it very well secured (as opposed to a set screw or something), but for the price, I might need to order that TRD.
Oh, the other question is that is NOT a vehical specific knob - will it fit a Camry?
I'm 95% sure that it will fit all toyotas.

If you're looking for a shorter shift knob you might want to check out our line. All of them are bored more deeply than stock and if screwed down all the way they will sit lower than the stock shift knob.
While we're on the subject of shift knobs, check out www.twmshiftknobs.com. The site is going live on Monday when we'll be releasing a new knob design as well as something else that is extremely unique...you'll definitely want to check it out.
