Fuse Diagram Question - Please help!

Hello,
I have included a picture that I took of the fuses under the left side of the steering wheel of my 98 Camry LE 2.2L. (Due to lack of light, I couldn't get a good focus. Sorry.)
As you can see, a couple of them are missing as outlined by the yellow elipses. I don't have the fuse diagram for this, nor I have the owner's manual. So, don't know what they correspond to.
The side mirror controls in my car are not working and neither is the dashboard clock. So, they maybe for those or they may be supposed to be left empty. I have no clue at all.
So, I will really appreciate if someone can tell me what those fuses are for. It would be great if someone can send me the whole fuse diagram itself. I would also appreciate if someone can tell me the fuses that control the side mirrors and the dashboard clock, i.e., if they are not the ones that are missing.
Thanks!

Some Camry's have options and accessories that use these fuses. If your car doesn't have these items, the fuses will be absent. Everything works on my Camry and there are fuses missing.

Ok, found out from this forum itself (after downloading the repair manual for Gen 3) that the radio fuse controls the power mirrors too. I guess thats not true for Gen 4 Camrys anymore because my radio works just great. (Actually, it could still be the radio fuse and there could be a problem with my mirrors themselves.) If someone has the repair manual for the Gen 4 Camrys, can they please tell me which fuse controls the power mirrors?
Thanks.

My problem is solved!
Found out from another thread on this forum that the fuse in question is of 15A. There were only 5 such fuses and I checked them all - found the culprit and replaced it with a good one. Now all the three things that it controls - power mirrors, dashboard clock and cig lighter are back to life.
Thanks.
