3rd Generation ABS control light is on

I have a little problem whit my ABS! When I brake I feel sometimes on my brake pedal somethink like .... the ABS is working (the pedal goes up and down very fast... you know like it is when you brake on snow - it is tje same, but the road is not slippery) and after that the ABS control light goes on and the ABS is not working. I works after I turned the engine again. What could be wrong?

go to the dealership or shop and have them scan your car to better determine the issue

It's most likely a bad wheel sensor. I have the same problem. You still have full brake control, but the ABS doesn't work.

My front driver-side wheel sensor is bad. Approx $300 Cdn to fix. I'll fix it when winter comes.

Steve.
