sorry new at this Straut stuff what the h**** is a straut bar? whats it do? benifits.....losses?

its called a strut bar. A strut bar allows the suspension to become more rigid with virtually no movement relative to each side making your car respond better through turns with reduced flex.

can you actually notice much of a difference? i got mine from trd and i cant say that i feel that much of a difference over stock... or maybe its just that i'm going faster around turns now?

I have one installed on my Camry 1 week after I changed my suspension, TRD struts + Eibach springs.. eh.. but I can't tell a difference..
The mechanic told me that it is more for look..
maybe if you install one on a stock Camry.. you can tell a difference.. I don't know..
