s/c 1mz - which spark plugs should I use?

Can I have some opinions on spark plugs. I have a s/c 1mz with a 6lb pulley. I have just about all the upgrades necessary to protect the motor and the tranny. I have the Iridium IK22s which came with the urd upgrade package. I also have the Bosch 318s injectors in, they are coming out and I am going with Supra injectors(compliments of Gabe). Well while doing the injectors it makes sense to do the spark plugs since the have 15k on them and have seen a rich mix the last 7mos. Any other types recommended from what I have now ??? Thank you folks~
G

I can't believe I'm answering one of your questions, in most cases it's the other way around. Here it goes:

I'm running the same plugs as you G! Those IK22 give us no problems with the S/C at 6lbs. I wouldn't recommend switching to anything else. Did that answer help?

Congrats on the Supra injectors!

Concensus will probably be anything 1-2 ranges colder to help ward off detonation (ie. Denso IK22).

About the Supra injectors..assuming they're off of a non-turbo, why switch? I thought the non-turbo Supra injectors flowed roughly 300-320. If that's true, the flow rate isn't substantially more than your Bosch 318s are they?

Hi Phi- I have the IK22s now. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to these. Or, if someone had good luck with another type- I was taking suggestions. As far as the Injs. are concerned. It has been learned through JB, and a few others that the Bosch's don't seat properly in the head. They are merely held in place by the pressure of the fuel rail. The supra injs. are direct plug and also have the cc flow about equal the Bosch's. There has been thought that the Bosch's could allow leakage in time b/c they are not designed to fit. (Nice try by the boys at URD by seemingly was a little short of the mark).
