4th Generation V6 intake

Hey guys, i wanna completely redo my intake, just curious as to how other people did it, im looking at making a cross between a ram air and a cold air, which is basically a ram air with a pipe running into the bumper. I really need to know what to do with all the shit in the intake, anyone who has changed their air filter and looked down the tube knows what im talking about, it looks like a windtunnel sensor and the car wont run with it unplugged.
Thanks for your help guys.

Just get an Injen short ram and a UPFD cold air extension and you could save yourself some trouble, but not money.

An Injen short ram will, you get no guarantee with the ebay stuff.
