I am going to install a pioneer 9200 deck in my car, but i heard that with the jbl audio system, I will have problems because of amps or something. Can some one please let me know what the real story is.

That question not too clear. You have the JBL audio package in your Solara and you want to replace the HU with a pioneer? What do you have now? What amp(S)? Details bro!

You will NOT have problems at all. Buy the 2-plug harness adapter so you don't need to splice any wires. Once you remove the headunit, the matching harness will be near the right side of the cavity wrapped by some foam. Just unplug it and snap the matching harness to it. Your OEM headunit is a preamp deck only with a single harness sending preamp levels to a JBL-made amp behind the glovebox. Then, the amp sends the signals back into the cavity through the matching 2-plug harness, which feeds all the speakers in the car.
