Pics of my ride are always available by clicking on the link in my sig. However, those pics are from almost a year ago, and substantial improvements have been made since.
I'm not trying to be an ass by criticizing people, nor am I saying this because my ride is anything special. Those who know me in TO will know I'm rather modest about my Camry. But even if my car is bone stock, I will still say the same things.
Yes, I give him props, but there are things on that car that just makes me say "WUT??"
The stick wannabe is the worse of my pet peeves. There's nothing wrong with an automatic - that is, until you try to disguise it as a stick. The next thing is that hood scoops were meant to be functional - i.e. for a top-mounted intercooler. Look at the Imprezza, Celica GT4. Hood scoop for the sake of a hood scoop is just posing. Same for the intake that was designed to look like an intercooler.
What I'm trying to say is that these three mods this person put on aren't, for a lack of a better word, "honest".
I hope those who are reading this, including the owner of that car, will understand why I am critical. I'm not an ass who criticizes others to make myself feel better. I gain nothing by doing this. If I offend you, I apologize. As someone who has some experience with modifying/tuning a Gen3, I'm just trying to make everyone think about the mods they choose.
