4th Generation The hood isnt 100% latched down

My brother has a 1998 camry le, and like 6 or 7 months ago, we were coming back from klamath falls, and we hit what appeared to be a peice of snow in the road but turned out to be an 8inch tall boulder... so long story short the whole front lower frame, ac and radiator and hood got messed up really bad.... it all got fixed, but the hood has like a few milimeters of give, i can see that when we go over a bump, its not completly securely attached, and we're leaving for a trip to seatle today, is there anything we can do before we go?

you should be able to adjust the latch by loosening the bolts and moving it around a bit.
there are also two rubber bumpers at the front corners (maybe 4 along the front on a gen4), they adjust up and down by turning them.

Yeah, the rubber bumpers at the end of the hood stop it from rattling/moving.
