4th Generation Removing Dash

Any sites with picture instructions for removing the entire front panel / dash? There is a way that does not require the removal of the steering wheel right? Prefer the easiest way. Planning to spray paint some parts.

remove your steering wheel cover (the two plastic pieces) and look under the steering wheel, on newer ones there are two 12mm bolts that attach the steering wheel to the dash frame.. once these are removed the entire assembly should pivit downwards, getting it out of your way, no need to unhook anything, or need any special equipment, it just angles it out of your way.. try that, if it has these bolts, it should be smoooth sailing, if not, a lil patience should be enough, oh and a lil wiggling

Can't avoid to NOT UNBOLT the steer wheel ? What about the air bags, the passenger one, would it be affected by the removal of dash ?

Edit:
