my right turn signal started to blink 2 times as fast... does that mean its gonna break soon?

It means one of the bulbs in that circuit has burned out. Start the car, turn the turn signal on on that side of the car and go out and look to see which bulb is not flashing. The owner's manual should show you how to get to and change out that bulb.

Don't be surprised if when you check it, all the bulbs are working. If that's the case, there is a problem with the double filament in the bulb. Changing the bulb will correct it.
