I still would say Ebay, cause I got my struts and springs there.. and I couldn't find anyone in Toronto who is willing to sell at that price.

I didn't have to pay any customs charge, taxes...
just shipping.. everything add up.. I still saved about 90 Cdn dollars just springs along
and for TRD struts.. since the dealer price is much more expensive. I saved about 500 Cdn dollars

Sprngs cost like $375 CDN
Struts depends on Brand

Rims and tires, also vary on the make, and quality..
if your asking about labour for spring and strut install, its usually costs about $150 for all four corners
