Camry A/c PSI?

Guys: i have searched here and elsewhere. Can anyone let me know what is the 'prefered' PSI for a 1mzfe 1997 (GEN 4) camry. Even my haynes doesn't tell me. Your help APPRECIATED. I don't wnat to overfill, but i can't gauge somethign (low/correct/overfill) without knowing what is correct. I've asked toyota tech's and they seem to not tell me correctly or don't want to take time to answer my question. Sometime told me he thinks 45 is correct, but then he was using his knowledge from a dodge???? awaiting reply.....

i would say to get the evap to 45 degreese ... try to get it around the 40-45psi range
