pulley install...HELP!!!

hey guys I bought a Ultra S Street Crank Pulley and I need help putting it on...I can get the belt that goes to the alternator off but I cannot get the smaller one off...I have a 1991 toyota camry with a 3s-fe engine...please help me out!

The other belt drives the power steering pump. It goes around the ps pump and crank pulley.

Anyways to get the belt off you need to loosen up the bolt on the power steering pump and slide the pump to the right then remove the belt.

Anyone here actually have the Ultra S Street Crank Pulley installed? If so, was it worth it? Do you actually get a performance increase?
