Will the CAI harm your car??

Will the CAI harm your car if you only have CAI without catback and header. Reason I am asking because CAI will suck more air, but then your car won't be able to have all the air to get out.

it shouldnt really suck more air. just better flow without stress and such. just be colder, you should be fine.. really.

actually..it'll actually help your car via better throttle response...since colder air is sucked in more freely....with out the restrictive air box...with catback and header will increase the performance

Unless you drive into a 2 feet pond or paddle and hydro-lock the engine.
You cannot get the engine to suck more air unless you put a turbo or supercharger on it.
