Unhappy Front seal oil leak

I have a front seal oil leak on my 94 5sfe (101,000 miles) . I am planning on changing the following while my car is down:

crank seal, water pump, idler pully (2), timing belt, alternator and ps belt, cam seal and oil pump seal, and thermostat.

Any other suggestions on what I should replace? Recommendations on best place to purchase these seals and belts and water pump (dealership or online)?

Any snags along the way I should know about?

Should I just follow the manual on timing belt removal and replacement as well as the Hanes manual for this procedure? I have read through the tech manual and there seems to be quite a few specialty tools involved. Can I rent most of these at autozone?

Thanks for all of your help!

BTW, A buddy is helping me and I will take pics throughout the entire process and post them later for future reference for anybody who does this on their own!

In reference to the oil leak, there are a few places, as far as I know.

1) oil pan
2) distributor o ring
3) cam seals
4) rear main seal

The rear main seal is a pain in the ass to fix.

You can rent tools at autozone, most if not all.

I am pretty sure it is the front and not the rear main. Also, not the oil pan. I was just trying to get an idea if there is anything else to change while I am in that region specifically.

Thanks

On my 95 I've never changed the idler pulleys. Don't think they wear out that fast, unless you've had a water pump bearing leak.

You may want to change the tensioner spring and the oil pump gear set and o-ring. If you leave the oil pump body bolted to the block and there is no need to change the mating gasket.

I have had no problems with my water pump so far....but I am going to go ahead and change it anyway while I am in there. I'll skip the idler pulleys then. I will change the tensioner spring..what about the tensioner pulley itself?

Also, the oil pump seal mates the pump to the block correct? Is this much of a pain in the ass to change if oil is not leaking from there? So you still think I should change the gear set and o-ring? Are you saying I can change the gear set and o-ring without removing the pump from the block?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks for your input!
