electrical problems NEED HELP!!

Hey guys, so i go to my car, get in and turn the ignition. Alarm goes off... Now I could just use my remote right? Well sadly it got wet last year and it ended up having me to cut the red alarm wire thus never using my remote alarm again. So now everytime i turn my ignition the car makes a cranking sound .
What can i do? And if theres a way to cut the alarm then let me know please.
Thanks.

BTW, I recently rewired the bumper light to the corner lights 2 hours ago. Is that the problem?? Or can it be battery related?

you need to find where they spliced the relays for the ignition harness in, and cut those out. i believe whats happening is the relays see the car starting and hold the starter cranking longer.
if it is a gen 3 then usually they cut the wires in under the steering column or in the steering column.
