4th Generation Unorthodox crank pulley problem - help!!!

so i got the underdrive crank pulley installed in my gen4.5 camry 4cyl. everything was kool for a month until i heard some screeching noise from the engine when i started it up one day. it goes on for less than 10 seconds and it goes away soon after. this happens every like...50/50 chance of startup.

i'm SURE it's the pulley, but i have no idea why it'd be making that noise. i put 2 new timing belts in (Gates A/C&Alternator & Power steering belts) as it the instructions said so. i even sprayed the belts with some belt conditioner to rid the noise. the mechanic (who installed the pulley) said that the problem is coming from my spark plugs...which i think is total bs.

the noise just got worse yesterday. my engine has that screeching noise in the beginning as usual, but sometimes when i accelerate from low speeds, the noise comes up again!! i even warmed up my car for 5 minutes...hoping it'd go away.

i tried searching thru the forums and couldn't find any leads. need some serious help please!

Lightbulb

ok i just found out the problem. i turned on the AC in my car and the noise comes up for sure!
i was thinking of two things:

1. should i replace the AC&Alternator belt?
or
2. should i have the AC condensor checked out?

if you guys have any inputs please let me know. the sound is killing me...

inspect the belt first then decide.

yeah i'd say its the belts...

BUT, you have to watch out that you dont beat the hell out of the motor when you have a UR pulley. it doesnt have a dampener like the stock one does, so it wont quell the vibrations that the motor will see under heavy performing. your crank bearings are likely to go faster than normal. it is not too likely in a stock motor, but it will be more likely in yours.
