want to convert my stock exhaust tip to a dual chrome tip???helpp

HI guys im thinking about changing my muffler tip on my 92 le.its a 4 cylinder so its only got

the one pipe sticking out.i really want a new exhaust tip,im looking to get a dual tip.i like the

way the dual tip comes out,makes it look for aggressive.definitely a chrome dual tip.can anyone

lead me in the right direection??how much work is it to install the tip??i have a friend thats a

very good welder.please help me out boys,thanxxxxxx

well i've seen in local auto parts stores they have the rack 'o' exhaust tips, and if you were able to trim a 3-4" section of your tip off you could fit a 1-into-2 tip onto your existing exhaust tip, good luck on your little project

why don't you just get a new muffler and have your friend weld it on? If you just want looks you can do it the ricer way and have the muffler mounted on the stock pipes.

^what if he just wants the looks of a chrome tip? i know friends that do that, i dont think you should really label that as rice

I dont think everyone wants a loud muffler. I know I cant stand the intake, I took it out. I wanted to do tips too.

First, reread what i said, i didn't say get a loud muffler nor did i say the chrome tip was rice (although i personally hate it) I said get a new muffler. That could just be the V6 muffler, which already has dual tips.

Oh i just assumed, new muffler = loud. Forgot about the V6 ones.

thanx for the help boys,i was looking into and exhaust but i dont like any kind of loudness on

my camry.i just want a nice chrome dual tip..the v6 mufflers are ok but i want my tips to stick

out a little more further,maybe another inch.plus a v6 muffler from a junkyard is 35 bucks by

me.i can get beautiful new CHROME tips from a conversion like i want for about the same price.
