okay, so thats where we stand.
now, for my 2002 gen 5 camry SE, which should i go with? i want a combination of a relatively steep drop ( 1.5 or more in the front, close to that in the rear), with a relatively decent ride quality, and a great quality spring. im not so much worried about the cost (most are relatively close anyway) I just want to be sure to get reall good parts.
some im leaning towards are the Tein S, the Tenzos (no idea how good they are, but a decent name), the H&Rs, the Eibachs, or the Sprints.
Are you going road racing any time soon? Or is your car your daily grind? I would suggest the Tein S-Techs. Nice drop and nice ride.

yeah, its my daily driver. with my donut tires i have on right now im not doing any racing any time soon, though i still want the better handling. im looking for a spring with a good balance between the two, ride quality, and performance
If you want something with a very nice ride (really really close to stock), I would suggest the Eibach Pro-kit. It eliminates some body roll, yet still is very comfy. Right now I'm riding on H&Rs and they are a somewhat harsher than eibachs but still comfy for everyday driving.
whats teh best set of springs for a gen 5.5 camry.. i want approx. a 1.4+ drop all around. do those springs listed up top fit a gen 5.5 camry xle v6 ??
TRD = Eibach
Tein are good too. I'm wondering if I should get Tein or TRD now. Eh, I'll go with TRD.
I still need to buy the lowering springs and the rear sway bars. Then I could probably have my mechanic install it in for me. I trust him because well..... he was my mechanic over five years so yeah. He charges like $50 an hour for labor fees. For the strut bar and stuff, he won't charge me for it, but the lowering springs and sway bars, he has to, but he'll give me a discount. Man, I like my mechanic. He'll even help me install the TRD Exhaust I'm gonna buy.
I don't think anybody has ever been disappointed with Eibachs. I don't know specifically for the Gen5, but in general, Eibach knows their shit. Same should be said for Tein and H&R. If it were me, I'd go with H&R, followed by Eibach, then Tein.
